What It Looks Like

We keep the client list small on purpose — a handful of businesses at any time. That means when you call, you get someone who already knows your systems, your team, and your priorities. No ticket numbers, no hold music, no explaining your setup to a new person every time.

What's Included

  • A set number of support hours per month (typically 5)

  • Phone and email support during business hours

  • Monitoring and maintenance of critical systems

  • Software updates and subscription management

  • First point of contact for any technology issue

  • Vendor liaison — if something breaks and it's a vendor's problem, we deal with them so you don't have to

What's Not Included

We're honest about what this is and what it isn't. This is not a 24/7 helpdesk. Response times are reasonable but not instant. If you need round-the-clock coverage, we can help you find that, but it's not what Akenyx does.

Large projects (new system implementations, migrations, website builds) are scoped and quoted separately. The retainer covers the day-to-day.

Month-to-month. If it's not working, you walk away. We'd rather earn your business every month than hold you to a contract.
